Dr Manpreet Kohli (Great Holm)
MRCGP, DRCOG, DFSRH, MBBS (India).
Dr Kohli completed her GP training in April 2015 at Great Holm and chose to stay with the team. She has a special interest in family planning, women’s health and provides family planning services including coil fitting and implant services at the practice. She is keen to have a positive impact on patient care, health promotion and holistic care to all including our palliative patients. She is a GP trainer and also, supervises medical students from Buckingham Medical School. She enjoys gardening, travelling, and spending time with her boys.
Dr Margaret Field (Great Holm)
MB CHB (2003 Leicester) DRCOG (2006) MRGCP (2007).
Dr Field has been at Great Holm since September 2007, she studied at The University of Leicester and came to Milton Keynes in 2003 where she was a trainee GP briefly at Great Holm when she qualified as a GP from the Milton Keynes training scheme she returned to HMC in 2007. She has special interests in diabetic care as well as palliative care. Her roles also include lead for safeguarding children, and she is a Domestic Abuse Champion. She has active roles in caring for our care home patients as well as training of students in the practice. In her spare time she enjoys dancing and spending time with her family
Dr Rebecca Bradshaw (Great Holm)
MRCGP, DRCOG
Dr Bradshaw trained in Liverpool, she joined Great Holm permanently in April 2015 and became a partner in January 2021. She enjoys Women’s Health and has an interest in safe prescribing and chronic disease management, she has also been active in developing and implementing new systems to improve patient care. In her spare time she enjoys walking, being outdoors, travelling and spending time with her family.
Dr Sehar Ali (Great Holm)

Dr Ali qualified in 2004 from the University of Health Sciences, Pakistan. She completed her foundation training Milton Keynes followed by GP training in Towcester in 2017, she then worked locally in Milton Keynes practices and joined Great Holm as a partner in April 2021. She has special interests in Women’s Health, contraception and has completed her training for minor surgery and joint injections. She currently runs regular clinics for coils and implants. She is looking forward to her new role as GP trainer to support aspiring GP’s in their training and development. Dr. Ali likes to spend time with her family and loves travelling, painting and listening to music in her spare time.
Dr Suryanarayana Maddipati (Great Holm)
MBBS, MRCGP, DRCOG, Certificate in Diabetes Care from Warwick University.
Dr Maddipati qualified in 2002 in India and did his GP training in Worcestershire. He moved to Milton Keynes and joined Great Holm in 2009 as a locum and stayed on as a Partner. He is training to do community ENT clinics and is aspiring to be a trainer to take qualified doctors to become GPs, in his spare time he likes gardening and the company of friends.

Dr Hafsa Umar (Great Holm)
MBBS, MRCGP
Dr. Umar is a qualified GP, who graduated from King Edward Medical University, Pakistan in 2012, this was followed by foundation training at Northampton General and MRCGP from Oxford VTS scheme. She qualified in 2021 and joined Great Holm where she did her GP training as a salaried GP and is now a fixed share partner. She has recently become a qualified GP trainer and is looking forward to playing her part in training future GPs. She is also keen to follow her interest in ENT community services and is looking forward to start her post graduate qualification soon. She enjoys reading, spending time with her family and travelling.
Dr Sunjeet Dhami (Great Holm)

Dr Dhami qualified from the American medical school system in 2012 with a Doctor of Medicine (MD) and he is a qualified GP from the Buckinghamshire training scheme. He grew up in Milton Keynes and went to school in nearby Bedford before he moved to the US after his GCSEs. He was in fact a patient as this surgery. Being an avid sportsman growing up he wants to expand his love of sports (in particular rugby) and he wishes to look at ways to be involved in sports medicine going forward in his medical

Dr Goyal has been a GP Partner in Milton Keynes for over 15 years and is also the Clinical Director of our Primary Care Network. He has a specialist interest in Dermatology and Minor surgery. He is an avid guitarist in his spare time (not that there is much spare time!)

Dr Kanzul Shafiq (Stony Stratford)

Dr. Shafiq qualified as a doctor from Dow University of Health Sciences, Pakistan in 2012 and then later obtained a postgraduate diploma in Aviation Medicine. She has worked in the NHS since 2016 and has completed her GP training in Buckinghamshire region. She is a mom to two little ones and loves spending time with her family and going to the beach when she gets the opportunity in her spare time.
