The Patients Participation Group aims to:

• Improve communications between the Practice and patients.
• Feedback suggestions for improvements to the services provided to patients, to the organisation and to the building and surroundings.
• Give input around the development of health education promotion.
• Develop a better understanding of the systems used in the surgery.

The Patients Participation Group meets every two months, and you will be e-mailed the agendas and notes and be free to attend any of the meetings that you wish.
